Rio Marié 2018 Season Fishing Report Week 7: Oct. 25 - Nov. 1

Week 7: Oct. 25 - Nov. 1

Weather: Our seventhweek of the 2018 was typical with some showers during the day and overall sunny skies for most of each day. It wasn’t as hot as it had been, so it was little more comfortable on the water compared to the past weeks.

Temperatures ranged between 31-33°C.

River Conditions: We started with higher water levels the first two days, before itstarted to drop little by little, until the end of the week when it stabilized.

Fishing Conditions: As the water levels rose during the first two days of the week, fishing was slow, even for the butterflies, and the big peacock bass weren’t really going after flies. But on the third day we moved up river, and the conditions were better as the river was dropping.
