We started the week at the lower section of the Marié and soon noticed that fishing where improving. The water dropped fast and fish became very active. And as we went upstream during the week, we were surprised how the river conditions spectacular. We found a LOT of aggressive fish feeding with some amazing trophies landed!

Highlight of the Week:

The Marié River is really an incredible place, after some challenging weeks with high water, we got surprised how quick the water dropped. We had many trophies and lifetime stories for all anglers this week. One of the most amazing moments of the week was a prize to Rogério and his son Bruno who managed to catch two 20lb+ fish together alongside a sandbar! And one of those fish was 90cm in length! Congratulations Rogério and Bruno!
